Katherine Girling

Katherine is an educator with a passion for science, movement and human potential. Her first foray into the world of Eastern spiritual traditions began as a teenager, with an intensive practice in martial arts. She earned a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, and excelled in a variety of challenging technical roles for over a decade. After years of dedicated training in yoga and meditation, Katherine left the corporate world and co-founded a professional yoga school in Bali. As Director and Master Trainer, she guided thousands of students through immersive yoga and meditation teacher trainings over a decade. Her teaching is influenced by an intensive study of Tantric Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga styles, Yoga Nidra, Integral Anatomy, Yoga Tune Up®, Anatomy Trains®, Embodiment and Thai Yoga Massage. She currently resides in Zurich.

Naty Bienvenu

Naty is a French filmmaker and yoga instructor, with a deep passion for writing. She enjoys sharing her experiences on both the yoga mat and film sets, often blending these worlds together. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Zuna Yoga in Bali in 2018, she began teaching upon her return to France. Additionally, she is trained in Yin Yoga and holds certificates in Yoga Anatomy and Positive Psychology. Naty has taught yoga in various locations around the world and has organized retreats in Greece, Sicily, France, and the Moroccan desert. When she's not practicing yoga or directing behind the camera, Naty can be found at the cinema or by the sea, working on her surfing skills. She currently resides in Paris.

Rachel Zitin

Rachel is a retreat leader, yoga instructor, and somatic coach based in Rome.  She has lived in Italy for over 15 years, serving clients as an expert in the boutique and luxury tourism sector. She has completed over 350 hours of yoga teaching education including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, 5rhythms Dance,  Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release. Her retreats combine her unique understanding of Italian culture with her commitment to facilitating deep, embodied experiences.  In her free time, she writes and reflects extensively on the long-standing connection between Italy and the global wellness movement.
